Your deposit is fully refundable for 72 hours after booking. After that, the deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
Total trip price is $2,000 USD. Once we reach the minimum of six travelers, we'll notify you and request the remaining $1,500 balance, due within 7 days of notice. All outstanding balances are due no later than October 16, 2026.
The trip will be confirmed as soon as six travelers are fully paid, and no later than October 23, 2026. If Chosen Family Travel does not confirm the trip, all amounts paid to Chosen Family Travel will be fully refunded.
