  • This experience is thoughtfully designed for queer women and non-binary travelers seeking meaningful connection, cultural immersion, and a unique way to experience Buenos Aires Pride month. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or with a friend, you'll be joining a small group that values curiosity, community, and authentic local experiences.

  • Absolutely! Many of our travelers join on their own. Through our pre-departure meetups and group activities, our goal is for you to arrive in Buenos Aires feeling like you're meeting up with friends you haven't seen in a couple of years. By the end of the week, we hope you'll leave with unforgettable memories, meaningful connections, and a community that extends beyond the trip. Pick up where you left off and stay in touch for years to come.

  • We intentionally keep our groups small, with a maximum of 10 travelers, to foster meaningful connections while allowing everyone the space to be themselves. While we've thoughtfully curated group experiences throughout the week, you'll also have plenty of free time to set off on your own side quests—whether that's relaxing in a neighborhood café, visiting a museum, or discovering your own favorite corner of Buenos Aires.

  • The group will stay together in a beautiful shared home in Palermo, one of Buenos Aires' most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Known for its tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, cafés, boutiques, and thriving LGBTQ+ community, Palermo is the perfect home base for experiencing the city's creative energy while enjoying easy access to many of the experiences included throughout the week.

    Additional details about the accommodations, amenities, and room assignments will be shared with confirmed participants before the trip.

  • Your trip includes:

    • Pre-departure orientation and airport transfers.

    • Boutique shared accommodations in Palermo with daily breakfast.

    • Lunch on scheduled activity days.

    • Welcome and farewell dinners.

    • Curated cultural experiences with local guides, including queer tango, a traditional Argentine asado, and Buenos Aires Pride month events.

    • Dedicated group hosts throughout the experience.

    • A welcoming community before, during, and after the trip.

    Confirmed guests will receive a detailed day-by-day itinerary before departure.

    • International airfare.

    • Personal travel insurance.

    • Meals and beverages not specified in the itinerary.

    • Personal shopping and souvenirs.

    • Optional activities during free time.

    • Gratuities for local guides.

  • The trip is $2,000 USD. Registration will first be offered to Priority List members before opening to the public. A $500 deposit reserves your place and is applied toward the total trip price. Full pricing details, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • We will provide detailed arrival and departure guidance, including recommended flight windows, by mid-October. If you choose to book flights before receiving this information, we recommend selecting fares that are refundable or allow changes with minimal fees. This provides added flexibility while you finalize your travel plans.

  • Yes—we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. While Buenos Aires is an incredible city, unexpected situations such as flight delays, medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, or trip interruptions can happen anywhere.

    We recommend selecting a policy that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical coverage, and coverage for personal belongings. Since Chosen Family Travel cannot reimburse expenses paid to third parties (such as airfare), travel insurance provides valuable peace of mind.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we want you to book with confidence. If Chosen Family Travel cancels the trip for any reason—including if the minimum number of participants is not met—you will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to Chosen Family Travel.

    If you choose to cancel your reservation, our cancellation policy can be found in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which you'll review and agree to before completing your booking. We also strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, which may provide coverage for eligible trip cancellations, interruptions, or other unexpected events.
